  • What can I use  the Hearing aid app for?

    Better Hearing is Better Living!

    You can use it while:

    • watching TV,
    • visiting cinema, theatre or opera,
    • lectures in a lecture room,
    • communication, etc.

    The application "knows" how to distinguish speech from extraneous noise, highlight and amplify it, so that the hearing impaired person can better understand speech.

    Thanks to its wide frequency range, it allows you to hear a wide variety of sounds, even those that you may have forgotten you have not heard for a long time - birds chirping, cats purring, snow squeaking under your feet.

  • Which devices does the Hearing aid app support?

    The application functions on the devices with iOS 14.0 or later.

  • For which levels of hearing loss is the Hearing aid app appropriate?

    Hearing aid app is suitable for mild to moderate hearing loss.

  • How can the Hearing aid app provide a more natural hearing than the competitors?

    We use Apple's excellent audio processing framework - AVFAudio (https://developer.apple.com/). This framework allows us to get rid of extraneous noise, make 3D audio simulation and many other useful things. The application was created by hearing aids development engineers. Trust the smartphone with the care for your hearing.

  • I have hearing loss in one ear only. Do you have a case for me?

    Yes, of course. Due to the App's settings, you can adjust the sound and distribute it according to your need to the right and left ear.

  • Can I stream phone calls, music, TV directly to the Hearing aid app?

    Unfortunately, this function is not available yet. The Hearing aid app does not support phone calls, music, TV and does not provide functionality for customizing them. Since mobile phone manufacturers do not provide access to the required modules to external developers. Our application cannot process the sound during phone calls.

  • Does the Hearing aid app supports standard hearing aids?

    Unfortunately, this function is not available. Our app does not support standard hearing aids and does not provide functionality for customizing them.

  • Manage your subscriptions

    Follow the steps to view, change, or cancel your subscriptions from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
    2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
    3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID
    4. Tap Subscriptions
    5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage
